We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fusion Mineral Paint purchase; however, due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your paint containers, waxes, or finishes are unopened, seals are intact, and the purchase was made within the last 30 days.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package Securely
Pack the items carefully in their original packaging to prevent leaks or damage during transit, clearly marking the RA number on the outside of the box.
Ship and Refund
Send the package to our distribution center using a tracked shipping method; once inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
